The Cabin

Rustic charm, modern comfort

Tucked away on a park-like riverfront lot, this cozy cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Wood-lined walls, hardwood floors, a river-rock fireplace, and a wall of windows that puts the forest in every room.

Outside, a covered deck runs the length of the cabin — a private hot tub at one end, a wood-burning outdoor fireplace at the other, and a genuine Stevens Pass chairlift bench in between, because of course there is.

It's a real cabin with none of the usual cabin compromises: fast fiber internet, whole-home sound, a dedicated workspace, laundry, an espresso bar, EV charging, and generator backup for when the mountains do mountain things.

The Foss runs along the back of the property — park-like lot, your own stretch of bank, and fishing water a few steps from the deck. Stevens Pass is twenty minutes west; Leavenworth is an hour east over the pass.

The entire property is yours. Bring the family, bring the dog, bring both.

All-Season Basecamp

Twenty minutes from everything good

❄️ Winter

Stevens Pass is a 20-minute drive — ski or ride all day and be back in the hot tub before your goggles thaw. Snow falls right to the doorstep here.

  • Stevens Pass skiing & snowboarding
  • Nordic trails and snowshoeing
  • Hot tub and outdoor fire après

☀️ Summer

The Foss River valley is a trailhead buffet — alpine lakes, old-growth forest, and singletrack in every direction, with the river running past the deck.

  • Fly fishing straight off the property
  • Alpine lake hikes (Trout, Copper, Foss Lakes)
  • Mountain biking forest roads & trails
  • River days on your own stretch of bank

🎣 The river

The Foss runs right past the property, and very few rentals out here can say the water is in the back yard. Bring a rod — spring and fall on the river are the quietest, best weeks of the year up here.

A Washington state fishing license is required, and seasons and rules vary by stretch of water — worth a look at the current WDFW regulations before you pack.

🍂 Leavenworth, an hour east

Straight over Stevens Pass on US-2. Close enough for Oktoberfest, the Christmas lighting festival, or a day of wandering the Bavarian streets — far enough that you sleep by a river instead of in a packed hotel block.

📍 Skykomish, WA — on the Foss River, just off US-2. See the area on Google Maps. Exact directions arrive with your booking confirmation.

🐾 Dogs welcome

The cabin is pet-friendly — let us know who's coming when you book.
